Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
At mentalmens, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our professional quality control team will inspect your items before shipping to ensure product quality. However, please still carefully check the size before purchasing. Please refer to the size chart on the product page.
At mentalmens, the return process is simple and fast! You have nothing to lose! If you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund. So, we guarantee you! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Return Process
1. Email Us
Please contact us (email: service@mentalmens.com) and describe the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If there is a quality issue, please attach photos.
2. Accept Suggestions
We will provide professional advice, and our service team will also provide you with detailed guidance.
3. Return
- Put the item back in its original packaging and mail it out through your local post office.
4. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange immediately according to our return policy.
PLSPAY Note:
1. We do not accept returns sent directly without prior notification via email (service@mentalmens.com).
2. Any address on the package is not a return address. Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address.
3. Orders returned to addresses not authorized by customer service will not be refunded.
4. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. (For example, items with "Clearance" in the page or product series name, or items with "Clearance" in the product title.)
Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt must meet the following conditions:
1. Items arriving defective, damaged/broken, or soiled.
2. Received items are the wrong size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of receipt.
If you encounter any of the above situations, please contact our customer service center as soon as possible (email: service@mentalmens.com). If you decide you no longer need the item for any reason, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will process a partial refund for you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
1. Items beyond the 14-day warranty period.
2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, or abused.
3. The following categories of items: sale items, swimwear, and lingerie are not covered under warranty.
Returns
1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The following items are non-returnable: lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories.
3. Returned items must be in unused condition and retain their original packaging. We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 4. We do not accept returned items without prior assessment or confirmation from our returns staff. Please confirm return details with our staff first.
Refund
1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 business days.
2. If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
3. We do not offer collect on delivery (COD) service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. mentalmens is not responsible for or liable for any fees you have not paid to mentalmens. This includes any customs duties or VAT, and any return shipping costs you may incur during the refund process.
4. Please carefully inspect returned items before shipping. We are not responsible for returns.

2. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully check the size information and confirm all order details before placing an order with the courier company.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping costs. We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail method.
Order Cancellation
Please carefully check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information before payment. Once an order is submitted, it is difficult to change. To cancel an order, please send an email to service@mentalmens.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Note:
1. Orders cancelled more than 12 hours after placement will incur a 20% order processing fee.
2. Orders cancelled more than 7 days after placement will not be accepted.
